Style Sense-Mom Jeans

mom jeans 2

First of all, what are Mom Jeans?
In the words of Wikipedia, Mom jeans is a humorously pejorative term for a type of women’s jeans worn in the 80’s considered to be unfashionable and unflattering to the wearer’s figure.
However, these ‘unflattering’ jeans are making a huge comeback in the fashion industry.

Some of the reasons why young women are rocking these jeans today is because they are:

  1. Comfortable.
  2. Versatile.
  3. Stylish.

Here are some of the ways you can style Mom Jeans:

  1. Casual Look-
For days when you can’t pick an outfit, just wear a simple tee with your mom jeans. Looks good and feels good!
  2. Smart Look-
Crop tops look great with mom jeans. To spice up your outfit, you can add a colorful scarf to your look because scarves always look smart!
  3. Relaxed Look-

I love wearing sweatshirts. They are super comfortable and they look cute too. This will give you the perfect laid-back look.
  4. Formal/Professional Look-

The best part about mom jeans is that you can even look professional wearing them! You can pair it up with a White Blazer and a Classy Top for a sophisticated and professional look.
  5. Edgy Look
If you’re looking for an edgy look, then you could pair your jeans with a leather jacket and a plain shirt inside.

Aren’t mom jeans just the best?
