Tried and Tested-Crépes



  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt(a pinch will do)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 oz oil or melted butter


  • Mix in flour and salt in a bowl
  • Beat eggs, oil milk in a bigger bowl
  • Add the flour mixture slowly to the beaten eggs
  • Refrigerate for around 1 hour
  • Heat pan(melt a little butter to prevent the batter from sticking) and add 1/3 cup of batter and move the pan in a circular motion
  • Voila! Enjoy the crepes with some chocolate or cheese as per your taste! 🙂
